Dunno how it was considered a scam, but ok.
Anyway, the "Steam takes a couple of days" thing was said because I dont have a Credit Card (I'd have to ask my parents and they wouldn't give me money), that means I would have to go out of my way and purchase a Steam Card with the code thingy and send it to him. I felt like that wold be the easiest way of explaining it without hassle since before I asked him if he was "Familiar with money trans.

It would help your case if you could explain in your words what was the scam and upload uncropped screenshots of your entire chat with accused, not just a small snip of it, to see what was your agreement with him/her.

Their was no argument...I just offered money and he put this up

I couldnt type out the whole thing however since he immediately told me "AHAHA IM REPORTING YOU" (I dont have the convo anymore though).

About the BROKERING PART, I recently posted on TF2 Trade Reddit to learn more about it is as I wanted to try it out (gain side profit) and have better traders compared to me help me gain some profit.
