The evidence is almost sufficient! You are missing an image of your paypal history relative to the date the incident occured.
Please include an image of your paypal "All Activity" within a minimum time period of 1 month, and ensure the full browser is in the picture.

ok hello i was the one that scammed him yes but dont report me yet i already got ban im gonna give him the stuff back i got trade ban rn though so thats why hes on my friends list too

Done i gave him the stuff back he has been paid back and my apologies to the steam community

Are you able to get him to reply here and confirm that he has been reimbursed?
Please also provide evidence if possible from both parties.

It goes until a certain point with the messages, he promises to give back my stuff. But as he loses the stuff in a betting site. He promises to give back 60% of the stuff he won, but lies into giving it to me.
He then wanted more stuff and promised to give back, but lied and blocked me and took the stuff.

Can someone help please he has scammed many people, this person should be stopped before he gest out of hand.
