What happened? Description:

We were in a darkly trade server and he invited me to a trade. He showed an awp, and a sharp dresser, i asked him waht he wanted, he wanted my bill hat. He then showed a killer exclusive, i rdy, he rdy, i checked the price again, and when i checked back on the trade and it accepted. I then went to chat him. he said he wouldnt give it back​

He also changed his name 3 times after the trade

First of all, you didn't upload screenshot of your inventory history to show us, what items were exchanged.
Second, if he promised to give you anything else except those three items, you'll need the screenshot of the steam chat before that trade.
And if he didn't promised you anything except those three items, that was just a trade that you accepted knowing all conditions and he didn't do anything forbidden.
And, by the way, use backpack.tf next time for items' prices.

I need a picture of your trade history in a full screen steam client browser. Unedited/uncropped.
I also need a picture of the trade window showing that he switched items after the agreement.
