What happened? Description:

Date: November 25th, 2015
Time: Between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM (Mountain Time -7 (MT))

Long story short,

I created this account not too long ago, and wanted to get back into the TF2 business.

Anyways I've came across this person and saw that they were selling keys for the price of $1.80, anyways I checked their rep and their SteamRep and they seemed okay.

The person agreed to sell me 10 keys for $18, but have failed to notify me that their keys aren't tradeable.

They have notified me, after I've sent the money, and they confirmed that they received it.

I've attached a couple of photos to this, including the chat, their backpack, and the PayPal transaction.

Just a side note: However, this person claimed that they were going to "give me the keys" after they became tradeable, which I don't believe due to nature of the Mann Co. economy, but clearly they didn't have the intention to give it to me right away.

Anyways I've chargedback and now I'm in the process of it.

I'm not sure if this would be considered a 'scam' or a scam attempt but I've reported it to you guys anyways just in case.

Note when I say sent and they say 'wait' they meant wait I'm gonna go check, and then few mins later they said the keys aren't tradeable, I'm trying to figure out how to enable timestamps but I don't know how.

I told them I will pull my claim and stop the charge back if he/sherefund my money, he/she didn't respond and blocked me.

Since I almost have no rep, and pretty much can't be trusted due to the fact of my account's age, here's a screenshot that says the communications with that user has been blocked.

It has been 5 days now and they didn't contact me or have given me the keys.
