    What happened? Description:
    User contacted me to buy a Strange Pro Factory New Stickybomb Launcher, had payment issues, contacted paypal to request help with payment issues, had to change IP through VPN to resolve, a week later after negotiations, resolving and chatting user transfers money and receives negotiated item through trade with some items to cover unexpected fees.

    TLDR: PayPal chargeback after successful negotiations & trade through Steam​

    Provide Evidence:
    Buyer (Blite/Pizzaboy) added me and offered to buy my Strange Professional Killstreak Factory New Carpet Bomber Stickybomb Launcher through Paypal.

    Mentions having to use a family member's Paypal account and switch to a German IP to make a payment, receives errors when trying to pay, contacts paypal to resolve, donates/transfers the money and receives item in a trade with some additional items covering

    - Blite discussed transaction in Steam Chat starting a week before the trade happened
    - Blite mentions using Paypal account from family member to complete the payment
    - Blite sends 5x10€ as donation/payment
    - Additional items discussed & traded to cover PayPal Fees (see attachment)
    - Trade for items through Steam to complete transaction (see attachment)
    - 5x chargeback for all payments made the day after transaction was completed
    - Blite changed avatar, nicknames, backpack privacy and custom url after being confronted with the chargeback (see attachment)

    Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History for last few days to present- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload. Also need a screen shot of your Paypal activity for let’s say the last several days full screen DO NOT edit this shot in anyway. Upload here.
    Also need to see the charge backs as they were listed - all screens must be full screens and unedited/uncropped.
