What happened? Description:

I was malicously tricked into a trade that lost me $500+. The scammer advertised his Karambit | Fade on csgolounge citing to add him. I had an offer I wanted to make on the Karambit, and he asked me to trade a user that had his "dream item" (Autographed Shoulder of the Scouring Dunes) and promised he would give me the Karambit in exchange for the Dota 2 item. Sure enough I agreed, and traded for the dota 2 item with my M9 Bayonet | Doppler, as the dota 2 item's value was presumably $350 by the several people trying to sell it (which were just scammers aswell trying to make the trade look more genuine). Both users (The one with the karambit fade and the dota trader) blocked me afterward, and then I realised I was scammed. All people with the dota 2 item on the market took it off, with no market history. I realised that the dota 2 item wasn't even worth a dime. I am terribly upset by all of this, as I've invested hundreds into this knife.​

@Sjru Also. The scammer said he wasn't able to trade for the dota 2 item himself because allegedly the person with his "dream item" had blocked and denied his offers because of low hours on Counter-strike, so that's why I was dragged in to trading for the Dota 2 item in the first place.

Can you link the aforementioned 'trades' here?
