    What happened? Description:
    i made a steamsale on Reddit http://www.reddit.com/r/SteamGameSwap/comments/3231jy/h_9_tf_keys_w_cities_skylines/
    and after 30minutes or so this user https://steamcommunity.com/id/BOpsPic added me
    he said he has Cities Skylines

    you can report to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
