What happened? Description:

Well this guy had came to me wanting to buy my knife for money. i spend a hour trying to decided wether or not to actually do it. I talked to two people who claimed to have traded with him for real money and they had proof which i beleived. so i decided to do it after all. his profile is very convincing but idk why he scammed me.​

I wouldnt report him if it were fake dumbass. Beside he has 5 other reports T_T some admin needs to take a look at this f✿✿✿✿er

He has a point, i'm pretty sure you need to show a screenshot of your paypal history to show that you didn't receive any payment.

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accused profile
2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
