What happened? Description:

He's scam 23$ for 10keys via Paypal. I think he's a kind guys and he's have many good rep on his profile so i go first. After i send the money he told me he can't received the money cause of paypal bug (wtf?) and block my communication with him on d2l and steam.
Please help me to ban him

Seriously dude... dont try do this to me obviously u didnt send the money.. i can show you the screenshot of my paypal... Obviously you only wasted my time trying to convinced me as serious buyer... But never got a single $ on my paypal..

First i thought it was a bug... but how many times i tried relog in on paypal.. I can't see the money.. correct email is [email protected].. ( Double "O" ) why wont you show the whole conversation in our steam chat log? You're just trolling some ppls business argghh!!!

Looks to me like you supplied an incorrect Email Address for your paypal, the issue here being that paypal did recognize the single O address and it appears to have been sent to an account in your name from the Screenshot. If you:

• Supplied incorrect information for paypal
• Set up two accounts w/ intent to defraud

You would need to resolve the issue as the buyer followed your stated payment instructions correctly.
