What happened? Description:

PeN added me about my offer I made on TF2outpost for my whole TF2 backpack. After the transaction for the backpack, he never gave the money that was due on PayPal. He never responded until after I threatened to give him a bad rep via SteamRep.​

So the current situations is that the accused PeN- says that it is his little brother that scammed me and that he will complete the trade by sending me the $200+ fee in paypal but only if The mods/admins lift ban so he can buy and sell the knife and the money/items he makes off of it (if it is $200 or equal) so he can give to me and if he cannot get/sell the knife within 3-5 days he will take $200 of his real money and wire it to paypal. And if nothing is returned to me within that time limit and this report is already lifted the mods/admins can put this report back on or I can make another report.

After a couple days passed the agreed date to get the money PeN- has not responded to any of my messages prior or after the five days were up. If you need evidence of the chat I can get that, but you can continue to process the report.

Update: I noticed that PeN- has removed me from his steam friends list. I'm guessing he is done with this since after the five days he didn't respond till yesterday and all he said was "Cya, nvm"( sorry I didn't get a screen shot, I didn't know he was going to remove me )

I need your inventory history in a full screen browser.
I need your Paypal all activity screen for the past month to prove non payment.

Btw I cannot re-add him, when ever I do their is an error. The only thing that would make steam do that is if he blocked me.

After doing more research I've come to the conclusion that this account may be an alt account to Nacus (He was banned for a little bit for a paypal scam). It's either this guy has 2 alt accounts or this guy and his friends were using similar/same account names. Can someone confirm this or help me out so we can stop this guy.
