    What happened? Description:
    On Dota2Lounge he found me and we wanted to make a trade. He told me who has less reputation go first. I went first and then he went offline. On his profile i saw a lot of ,,+rep via gift item" ,so i thought i can trust in him.

    I don't think you can pass a report without the chat agreement, as it is considered vital evidence.
