    I do believe you can see everything there, but in short - i made a trade so people can offer me, but this guy just made a lowballing offer [even tho I have clearly written no lowballing[even i CAPS]]. Well he did not understand it and thinks that if he has 17 rep, he can just put – rep on people like me, with low rep, just because I don`t agree with him on the fact that keys have op value over items. So he gave me –rep for nothing and I can not do anything about it.​
