After looking at the steam links, 2 different people. I drop the bomb stating this and the guy still acting like the MM. After that they both leave and remove me.

As im closing at of CS i closed the chat window of the people and cant really get it back, this will result in the ban not going threw, idk what u gonna say or anything. just letting you guys know now...​

In most cases when you do not have the chat agreement I would archive your report. But in this case it is impersonation and the profile shows that they impersonated a ROK admin.
