    he wanted my knife, and he kept saying he'd pay for it and then he kept asking me to go first and he was quite impatient​

    Sorry for the delay, unfortunately your report cannot be processed further because there is no evidence of any kind of agreement or any attempted scam; just because the accused was inpatient doesn't provide enough evidence.

    With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
