What happened? Description:

Well this person contacted me wanting to trade.. im trying to sell my StatTrak Huntsman Knife Fade (Factory New).

I put it on sale, on the website csgolounge.com - to be honest.. i have been contacted by about 20 scammers the past few days.. but this time i had enough.. so i decided to record it.. (take screenshots)

He asked if there were someone that i trusted on steam.. And sure i trust my real life friend DC (Dennis). So he told me to trade my knife to him so that he could take a screen shot of his inventory with the knife in it.. The purpose for this.. he told me that he could report us both if i tried to scam him..

First i though okay great this guy seem nervous of getting scammed, just as i do, so maybe he is okay.. and how could he possible scam me when i just give my knife to my friend?

Well he revealed his trick, when he invited "my friend" DC - but i have seen this many times the past few days.. he made a fake profile DC. with a dot at the end.. So he did not only try to scam me.. he also impersonated himself as my friend..

The dot at the end is pretty hard to see if you are not careful..

Really hope you will end his terror so that nobody have to be scammed by this profile..

Ofc, he will just make a new one and startover.. but hey i did what i could..

This guy added me today asking to buy my knife
He attempted to use the method to scam as da9L already mentioned above.
