What happened? Description:

User added me because he posted on my outpost trade that he wanted a bill's hat...he offered me steam wallet money (i already suspected something by now) and i said that he would have to send me the money first because i don't trust money trades....he sent me a trade offer with a message saying that 18.04 USD will be transfered to my account...i went to look up his SR+ profile and saw 3 pending reports and i looked up every single report. He was reported for the same things he was doing to me​

I hope you ban this user as this is the 4th pending report he's got for the same fraud technique
