What happened? Description:

I was looking to sell my Butterfly Knife | Forest DDPAT (FT), came upon the accused's CSGO Lounge trade, offering to purchase skins for 85-90% of market value. I added him, and agreed upon $90 for the knife. I sent him a Steam Trade Offer with my PayPal in it, and he took the knife, claiming that he would now go send the money. Roughly 15 minutes later, I asked him for any updates on the payment, as I still had not received it. He claimed to be looking for his password for the correct PayPal account. An hour after I initially contacted him, I once again asked for an update, and was ignored. I went onto CSGO Lounge, and found him with trade posts up with my knife in them. Asked again, and he blocked me and went offline.

Note - For some reason, he changed his Steam Name and his Custom URL halfway through the trade. No idea why. (Old Custom URL was http://steamcommunity.com/id/fnatec9boostmeister)​

This is not a good scam report since you were the one that gave him the knife first so therefore you knew the actions and the risk that you were taking upon giving away the knife before payment.

Um what
In basically every scam report, someone gives another person something first, knowing the risk. And this is just as much of a scam as all the others.
