    I have also dealt with this trader and got my items hacked, but it was the "middleman" that he requested from me, which was my cousin that was hacked and stolen. He changed his name though with this steam ID: STEAM_0:0:97247634, you can find him easily.

    Here is also the details of the account with this hacker/scammer:

    How I know he didn't click a link? My cousin never reported me of any links coming in his way since I told him to not click any link unless it was me and I answered with the secret code I devise to make sure no scammer/phishers can do anything. When finding the middleman, I did not tell the scammer/hacker who it was before speaking and asking him to become the middleman for me. I kept it hidden until I told him everything he needed to know prior to the hack and prior to revealing him as the middleman. Please I hope steam gets the items back to my cousins account. This is truly a break of the Terms of Service as well as they are using a Third-Party Software to commit this horrible deed.

    He is now trade banned, but Valve still hasn't done anything to help my cousin out. They keep giving out these bot replies that we somehow have broke their TOS and did not do what they ask even though we have protected ourselves with what they say. 300 dollars spent with real cash is at stake here 120 of which was mine that I was going to retrieve back from a trade with my cousin after trading it to him for item confirmation that I do have the items.

    "Steam will not return any items or gifts that you feel have been traded unfairly. There are no exceptions to this policy."
    Sorry, it's a steam policy

    I refuse to have my cousin stop with the steam support. I will have him keep spamming their asses till they do something because if they don't restore the items and just ban them after their weeks or even months of scamming/hacking stealing items, the problem will never be solved. They don't give two f✿✿✿s if their account gets banned, it's free on their side. Apparently I don't feel nor does my cousin feel that it has been traded unfairly, it has been proven to be traded unfairly. My cousin did not accept any trade request and even if he did and did the trade, an email confirmation letter would've been sent back to him on his email. I have already tested because he sent the two weapon skins for CSGO that the hacker did not take due to its cheap value. He sent a trade request, the trade windows popped up, we put in our items and then accepted it. I got the trade confirmation email. Again, I could give two f✿✿✿s what they say. I will have my cousin keep doing it until Valve does something about it. The whole reporting thing doesn't or barely does jack s✿✿✿.

    Support may not restore items, but in quite a few cases will trade ban the scammer.

    The thing is it was not a scam nor was it even a phishing attempt. It was stolen in a different method that was completely out of my cousin's hands.

    The items were stolen from a rarely used method because the type of hack that they have is very private, meaning either that person created it for their own use or you must pay a huge sum to get it. It took my awhile but I have found one discussion thread on steam that describes this almost the same type of method to steal items without scamming or using links. Latest one I found was on Sept 2014 so I highly recommend you look it up for yourself. It is out there. So pretty much, Steam should and have to pretty much restore the items because it didn't fall under this policy:
    What is Steam's policy on returning scammed items/gifts?;
    as well as:
    What is Steam's policy on returning items that were taken while my account was hijacked?,
    because we did everything that was told, recommended as well as warned.
