    What happened? Description:
    Kurapika added me today. He offered my Buy Out on my Bubbling Killer's Exclusive. He said that before he bought the keys, he needed me to give my unusual to a friend so that he can get a "confirmation". This is an Obvious scam because he would tell his friend to change his name to .N3ON and take my items. He is also banned on outpost and has 8 pending reports.​
