What happened? Description:

I knew this person a while ago but I was sick of his constant begging from me and how he was always swapping accounts because of his scamming ways.

This user said that they were leaving their Steam group:

And I added one of the administrators of the group to find out what the person was doing as this is the 5th or 6th time that they've had to make an alternate account.

The First image is that of the Accused and in the Friends list you can see one of the Users Already Marked alternate accounts.

The Second image is my conversation with the Administrator of the Raffle group and the Staff list of it.

The Third image is of the Accused profile in steam.​

I have repaid the victim. Victim accepted it.

I request STeamRep to, for once, look at my appeal. I know it isn't the common procedure, yet I want to end my reputation as a scammer and start over.

The thing is, You Insist on running around and using a burner account every 3 minutes, if you stopped, went back to your roots (before the scamming started) and where completely open and Honest about what you did, and I'm talking, TRUE reversion, digging up the old account and running DC from that again, you could Probably become a Decent person and not run into stuff like this, so long as you don't hold back on giveaways and actually pay people what they are promised/win.
