in their previous names can be seen that him impersonating too many known traders for having high rep in steamgifts, that users are indicated by blue arrows in the screenshoot that i upload in this report, my name is indicated with red arrows.

unfortunately the victim who tried to cheat not take screenshoots of the chat, but in another screenshoot to climb in this report is recorded that I asked him if he had evidence and he told me no, but I think the picture of scammer profile steamrep and scammer profile steam is sufficient, I hope so, thanks in advance.​
