    What happened? Description:
    Everything is in the screenshot. To sum up, he found my ad on outpost, did not agree to my rules and still tried to trick me by saying that paypal wont do a charge back if i do a family/friends option, after a short talk he gave up​

    I don't see a scam here - more like a difference of opinion on who is going to do what. I'm archiving - if for some odd reason you find more evidence to support this claim make a new report.
