    What happened? Description:
    So I played a competitive game with this guy and he added me and messaged me saying he'd overpay for my Field Tested Butterfly Knife Knight, he offered $100 for it. Then you can see from my screenshots what he did. Sorry about some of the cropped out, still shows the whole chat window.​

    I forgot to add this, here is him showing me the money he was going to send, he was going to send it from https://www.paypal-gifts.com/, but it never came through. Here is the proof of him showing that he was going to send the $100 Steam Wallet Gift Card for the knife

    @Guawpin So you were supposed to receive codes? The chat is cut off - I don't see the rest of it showing user going offline and blocking you if giving or not giving a code.
    User posts some URL's for images - what are those urls?

    Yes, I was supposed to receive a code through email, since he was gifting it and when you gift it through paypal it delivers the print screen thing link I have up there where he has a screenshot of him about to purchase it, waiting for me to accept the trade and then he get's the knife and he would pay for it and it would be gifted to me. I'll show you what the picture is, I believe he used a fake name too. Not sure. Here is the picture.

    I'm afraid we do not accept reports dealing with cd keys, game codes, steam codes, Pin codes etc.. due to change of policy.

    There is just no way for us to know if you got a code or didn't get a code - so policy is now in play since I was able to determine this is the type of report this was.
    What hurts it more is the chat is cut off - can't see the last part so have no idea if there was more discussed or an optional agreement.
    You are welcome to report the user to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
