    What happened? Description:
    He offered to buy my items at a lower rate,as i saw that his account was full of +reps and 15 pageges of people vouching for him,i trusted him. However upon recieving the item,the money was never transfered and he went missing,please do something about this :/​

    Neither are correct... need to show the URL at the top of steam client and scrolled all the way up and paypal activity not summary.

    do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.
