Evidence Provided Report: 76561198229461424 - ([Steam] Steam Games)

    What happened? Description:
    Added him to my Steam friends list to trade for a Steam key of Rainbow Six Siege (after visiting the Rainbow Six Siege trading forum). After hours of conversation I finally sent him the money with Paypal (which according to him he didn't have an account of and he also didn't have a bank account (see the chat screenshot). Then he 'supposedly' received a 'phone call from his mom' and then he tried to back out of the deal, which I knew wouldn't happen anymore. After filing a chargeback/claim with Paypal he told me to wait until Paypal would issue the chargeback, but a day after he deleted me from his friends list (obviously) and told Paypal that I cheated him (with the following link as 'evidence': http://imgur.com/a/KpRHR) because I already bought the game from someone else by then, of which I have included screenshots as proof.
    Posting on his profile or attempting to re-add him resulted in nothing. I later saw more people have been scammed by this person, and it looks he has some accomplices as well (but that's a different matter).

    The 'alleged' and original screenshot/proof of the Steam key, even though that site clearly states it's for Uplay. It's an easy part to Photoshop since it's all white.

    -ScreenShot of your paypal history- showing all the activity(go back 1 week from the date of the scam)-in full screen, displaying the url bar and without cropping anything;
    -ScreenShot of your Agreement- in full , taken from inside your Steam Client, without cropping anything;
    -Screenshot of the paypal receipt - showing the details of the payment in question (Click Details next to the payment) -in full screen, displaying the url bar and without cropping anything.

    Make sure you Upload all to SR, just hit the "Upload a File" button.
    Also go to your library, click on the game and take an uncropped screenshot of it, example: ddd.png

    As you can see I only have fullscreen screenshots of the chat conversation, and the entire conversation has already been posted (the first part I didn't save because there was no deal then whatsoever).
