    What happened? Description:
    Tried to scam me by sending me a trade offer with the description : Congrats.
    I had just entered a giveaway in which you would leave your trade link in the groups comment section and you have to invite your friends to the group the person with most invites would get a random skin. Culprit lied about it first before admitting he attempted to scam me and another victim.

    P.S:
    Sure this may be petty since it is a skin worth a few cents. But I do not know if he attempted the same scam on somebody else with a more valuable inventory.​

    Take a new screenshot of that trade offer - this time open it up in a web browser, hover your mouse pointer over users name so it shows up URL at the bottom.

    Thanks - you can report user to valve also
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
