    Only if you traded for it with items. If you did out of steam trading (Paypal, webmoney, bitcoin, other game currencies not within steam or w/e), you sore out of luck with it.

    Also, Steam support will tell you in your ticket a warning for such (to not trade with unknown ppl blah), and that by that, they reserve the right to not undo your risky trade next time.
