Improper Format user is duping hats . and trading then like they are clean.

this user is duping hats he admit on the chat hes duping hats and he traded with me a burning flames cowl duped, saying it was clean, hes clearly trying to rob some ppl because he was asking me to sell stuff via paypal for him and asking me to go first, he said my TC is now duped , the hat was clean till he put hes dirty hands on it!
