    This section is for BANNED BY SR tags where users admit they committed the offense(s), but request to have their tag removed or downgraded anyway because they have "reformed" and no longer intend to scam.

    We plan to slightly deprioritize these so we can more quickly address appeals where users claim the tag was applied incorrectly or they are potentially innocent.
