Rejected 76561198041979561 Balrog (Banned by SR)

So a long time ago i was playing the NeonHeights minecraft TF2 server. I then started heavy boxing this guy named WolfStrength. So we did it a few times, he won fair and square the first two times and i won once. Then i bet my Bills Hat. I lost three to zero, So obviously i didn't really want to give it away just like that so i quit, A day later he steam repped me for scamming. I did NOT scam him, i just didn't give him the item, Therefore no one lost any items. So added him a week later telling him all this. and he said ''i regret reporting you, it was in the heat of the moment'' So now i'm making this appeal so i can stop being banned from almost every trade server and people saying that i'm a scammer.

I know that I should have given him the item, but he really doesn't mind anymore, you can ask WolfStrength for yourself if you'd like. I hope that you'll consider my offer, because I have never scammed any one after that one heavy boxing incident. I hope that you'll consider my offer, because it's really a pain not being allowed to use the TF2WH or trade servers that I like to play on for fun, not for trading. Thanks -Balrog

You're lecturing this user without actually reading the rules yourselves.

Knucklejoe, You're going to find users who may not know all the procedures and sure they may not always read the rules, I suggest going about it politely or letting SR staff do its job.
