What happened? Description:

The accused was advertising on a TF2 Unusual Trade Server buying unusuals via paypal. I added him to trade and he had adequate rep, after some discussion, we decided to trade my Scorching Ballcap + Vivid Plasma Bonk Boy for 225 keys or 415 USD.

I traded him my two items and he said that he would send me the money promptly, however, after a while he hadn't sent me the money. I asked him about this and he said that his bank was acting up and that he was on the phone. I knew this was suspicious as he was in game.

After an hour or two, he still was brushing me off. I finally asked if I could have my items back until he sorted his bank issues. He said okay, but stopped replying after I sent a trade. He said he was driving to work and was using "siri" to message me and couldn't trade. This was an obvious lie because there was no mobile symbol next to his name. However I went along with all this and waited patiently.

I began to play some TF2 and after I was done I found that he had removed and blocked me. He changed his profile picture, his name ("Flan" from "Jeff") and his URL to "MyNamaGay".
edit: he changed his name back to Flan and made everything public again.​

Provide Evidence:

Unfortunately, because he has unadded me and blocked me, I cannot get the chat.
If steamrep/backpack.tf/outpost could get him to add me and show the chat history, it would prove him innocent or guilty. I have trade history showing that he had taken my items with nothing in return.

I'm really annoyed that I closed the chat window before I could do anything, however, if he would add me back I could get proof of the scam.​

Hey, Flan here, would just like to point out the complete lack of evidence that this pyscho brought to the table. Would also like to point out the fact that he spam added my entire friends list as well. Him having second thoughts on a deal is not my problem.

Also, I have never used paypal before for this reason. My parents have one and I usually ask them to buy stuff for me on Ebay and such.
I had made a PayPal account for this transaction and here are the screenshots of the empty account/no payment received.

If my accusations are baseless, please provide proof that states otherwise. The only thing baseless about this was your defence saying "look at my previous rep".

My name, Justin, has been shown in my previous screenshot and said by you.
and I have already provided proof that you haven't sent any money. You've just sent a measly, cropped photo which could have easily been fabricated. Send the whole screenshot.

If you really want to prove your innocence, unblock and add me back. If you haven't done anything wrong, i should be able to go back through the chat history because you have nothing to hide.

No it isnt childish, steamrep rules state that images must be uncropped and in full. If youre innocent and you have nothing to hide, why have you blocked and unadded me? Add me on steam and we can sort this out, this will all go away if you just be honest and retun my items

Ok first things first. The items are now mine and only mine. I paid 415.00 USD to your paypal email that you provided. You show no real screenshot evidence of this alledged "scam" and are wasting peoples times.

Also my dispute against his -rep on bp.tf was succesful.

I have provided screenshots of no transactions going through paypal and my trade history.

Explain these questions if you're innocent.
1) Why have you blocked and unadded me without telling me if you payed the money?
2) If you're innocent, why won't you add me back?
3) Why haven't you posted a photo of your Paypal activity page uncropped?
4) Why is my name "John" on that Paypal screenshot?

I am having trouble looking up past purchases due to the fact my bank informed me there was fraud (which i told to pink the day of the purchase), once again this is he said she said there is no solid evidence i scammed him, yet i have a screenshot of the money being sent to the provided email. Also i had just spoken to a few people on Vactican who had told me he bought these items by sellings things he was supposed to be brokering. I have linked them to this thread so hopefully they put in there input. If i scammed him the items would be long gone. Instead i am sitting here arguing to a brick wall.

His previous "proof" that he sent me money via paypal directly contradicts the evidence I have provided.

The accused said himself:

Again, your "solid evidence" doesn't even show my email or my name. Please provide an uncropped screenshot.
Also, your bank has nothing to do with Paypal activity, it should be there if you transferred money.
