What happened? Description:

The user pretended to have a glock fade in a fake gambling site and said they would pay me to withdraw it for them. The person offered me 100$ to do the task, super obvious scam at this point. I try to troll a little and talk the guy into giving me a 10$ skin which he has in his inventory instead of the original 100$. Obviously he doesn't do it since it's a scam. As seen by the chat log we're not friends anymore, here is a screen of me hovering over his profile in the blocked users section of my friends menu.

What exactly do I need to do? Sorry directions weren't exactly clear and I'm not sure where I need to go.
