    What happened? Description:
    [FoG] B.L.A.C.K asked me today on Steam if I can borrow him 2.11 refined for trading. I thought why not help out a new trader, after all we had been Steam friends for a few weeks. He also ssured that he would pay me back the following day.

    I agreed to lending him the metal and shortly after he received the metal he blocked me.If a trader cannot be trusted with a small amount of metal such as 2.11 ref then he cannot be trusted at all.

    Evidence includes trade history which shows the payment of the ref, chat history and proof that he blocked me. The evidence is attached below.​

    That's correct. He blocked me though as the screenshot shows. So he is no longer on my friends list.

    No, it has not. If you want we can wait until tomorrow 11 am CEST (GMT +2) to see if he pays up. However, he blocked communications with me.

    Still the agreement was 24hours and you made a premature report - if the user returns it within that time frame then there is no scam.
    Apparently the accused had a reason for it and is looking to settle the agreement.

    What legitimate reason is there to block someone from whom you just borrowed items without telling them in advance. You can defend his fraudulent behaviour all you want. He's already been banned for attempted scam on trading sites. While you might not consider it an attempted scam other admins who deal with such reports on a daily basis, too, considered it a scam.

    Lets make something clear here - I don't defend anyone - I looked at the facts. Fact is the other user gave 24hours notice to give back what was borrowed and the report was premature - it wasn't 24hours yet.
    The Accused can supply a FULL screenshot of trade inventory history now rather than wait on the Op to provide notice that the trade return was completed.

    Fact is that he he blocked me with the intention to scam. He got cold feet when he saw the report. The attempt to scam still prevails.
