Ok, so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I'm not getting any pop up window. I tried this both on the default skin and metro for steam skin, but no luck.

Sorry if I'm not understanding something. I enabled the "display steam URL bar when available" option, but I don't understand what you mean by "pop up box".

I have looked up unipay a bit, and many sites say that it's legit. However, I don't know about unipay steam. It seems to be a new service, as no one has reported anything on it. The service does seem to be real. The main unipay site does lead you to unipay steam and vice versa.
