Hey there, let me start by saying your appeal is improperly formatted, I'll include an example.
Also, your 'alt' is another account you own, for example an account you use to store items on, alt stands for alternate.

Your accusation where you have the mark for is saying you are a valve employee, so if you want to appeal that you'll have to include proof or explaination in your appeal as to why this happened.

i have 1 question how i can prove this acount isn't my steam acount , just saying..

i will show my story : in holyday i meet some people on tf2 server , and i friendly with they.
they make items so fast , and they sold items for rechargeable cards , i said : ok and i buyed some items , this was ok , they give items , i send the code of this
1 day , 2 days , few days was ok ... but PAM , BAN(2 week) , they explained me : there items was hijked , and i was angry , but i said : ok .. 2 week , no more , and clean steam rep TAG, probation isn't a problem , but today , i check my steam rep and : SR Scammer , and alt : a stranger acount .... i think... to sent a report , i will said who is old "friends":

Seriosly? why i said: this is my alt when he tryed to scam? why? if i said: your acount is my alt , you belive me?

this kid is so pathetic , look at his last used names , obviously he spam changed his name in less than 1 minute 10 times.
if you look on dotabuff u'll see he only used ovidiu_ali all the time , so it's impossible to never have used one of those nicknames he's implying he used. most prolly he changed to some ✿✿✿✿✿✿ed name when he scams so in case he gets reported he comes here to beg for mercy , god he makes me sick.

i will explain , again , in summer(julie-august) , i meet some people at tf2 server where i have admin(in community), in more situation , i'm an exemple , and i know price , because more people ask me price , whatever this is any lenient admin story , and this guys( i don't know if he is 1 guy or more guy , but they are on at steam in same time , if he have more compure , or whatever , i don't know , i think they are 2 but i'm not sure) and in my counrty exist a "rechargeable cards" , a code for a mobile and with this you add 3/5/10$ and you can pay for TribalWars(i know this because i use some time..) or another site like this ( there no run on steam) , and i payd for items what i want some cads , i know items at 8 key= 1 card 5$ , was great , but i was banned 2 wwek + probation ( but my tag was clean)
but when i was banned , I argued with guys and tehy said: you will regret , and they ( now just suppose :

This person is a lier . He even put my honest account in this thread . I never scammed someone in my life , I have 300+ hours in Team Fortress 2 and my only hat is an Ellis' Cap . Last summer he scammed me of multiple items , and he even got a scamming network (he puts other people to scam for him and he gets 1 key at 5 produced or something like that) . And that account with the Mikey name is clearly his .
