    Appeal description:
    3rd February 2016, I attempted to scam someone. What i planned to do was to sell him a SFM Poster(that i downloaded from DeviantArt) for 3 Refined metal. I told him that the poster would be made by me. I messed up when i sent him the image and accidentally included the link to the original SFM and he reported me here for attempted fraud, which is why i got banned.

    I'm unable to use services such as scrap.tf/marketplace.tf to buy/trade TF2 items due to the SteamRep ban. The incident happened 3 years ago, I fully admit i was at fault and wish to be unbanned or at least give a caution tag instead.

    I have offered to repay the victim on Steam but he kindly declined it. Screenshots of conversation and trade below.

    After a review,
    I find a banned tag inappropriate for the offense since it is borderline outside of tagging policy. Further, I see you came clean after being called out (tho I am not sure if this was because you were remorseful or because you were caught dead to rights) And you attempted to repay within the first month. But you still tried to deceive/defraud, so I am going to drop this to a caution (what it should have been to begin with) and allow you to appeal it in two years time.
