As for banning anyone - our goal here is educate not punish others, so make sure you understand that. Also the Baron user was already tagged here, there isn't much more we can do to them.

You didn't provide what I requested which would allow me to conclude report. There is not enough evidence to prove this user did anything wrong here and not my fault you wouldn't provide it. As far as this report is concerned this user was never proven to be doing anything wrong and should something else happen that is on your hands not mine.
