    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561197961652390

    Victim profile: 76561198108681197

    What happened? Description:
I was selling a bunch Operation Breakout and Operations Phoenix cases, he was willing to buy them. As I had to go first I knew there was a risk of getting scammed. Did my due diligence, checked his background, everything seemed okay.

We did the trade and he was supposed to pay me afterwards through PayPal. After the trade he deleted and blocked me.

I know, this is scammer 101, I was in a spot and needed the money. Have done it before and it went fine, but this time it didn't.

All I want is for him to get reported so other people can avoid trading with him.

Lost about 1200 Breakout cases and about 500 operation Phoenix.

I know him because he is someone who also buys cases and stores them. Hadn't traded or talked with him before. You can also check my profile on steamtrades to corroborate that at least I have traded before and have a clean record.

    Provide Evidence:
First image shows the initial trade agreement, the cases for 320 USD.
Second image shows one of the inventory trades.
Third image shows how he has blocked me as I can't add him.
Fourth image shows my comment on his profile, the one I made before adding him (hasn't been removed yet), and that's to verify his identity. You can see his ID on the top left corner, as loaded by the steam bar: https://steamcommunity.com/id/SeroxOner

Could add any other proof needed. I was doing the whole trade and conversation through the steam web application, so I don't have the records on the steam client.

I'll record a video if necessary.

My bad, I thought you only wanted the part where we agreed. Added the rest of the conversation.

    Ok this line:
Just FYI - don't do that unless you are 100% sure you have proper evidence, it looks like you do but the idea to just report someone isn't what we want here.
    Just for future reference.

    Now...
Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History (thru a computer not mobile) showing for sure the trade in question(NOT TRADE OFFER!!)- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload. Also need a screen shot of your Paypal ACTIVITY (not Summary) for several days beginning with the date before this trade.. full screen DO NOT edit this shot in anyway. Upload HERE…NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!

Review this screenshot guide to help you:

Yeah, I didn't mean it that way. I meant I would report it and try to provide proper evidence so that other people don't get scammed, not trying to get revenge or anything else by reporting. But I understand what you mean, and next time I'll just provide the evidence and let you guys do what you do.

Uploading the additional proof required, hope I did everything as requested.

By the way, are we supposed to report alts?

Before trading with him I did some background checks on his friends, this was one of his (unconfirmed) alts:

Full screenshots please - appears to be cut off on the bottom.
    Task bar likely missing.

I'm afraid they are full screen, not edited nor cut off. My Windows bar settings enable the bar to be hidden, but it shows just a little flap so you knot it's there.

You can see the previous screenshots I took, even the ones with the steam client open have that little part of the task bar in the bottom, but none have been edited nor cut off.

Do you want me to enable the bar and take new ones?

Thank you for being patient, it's my first time doing this.
