In order to qualify for special handling, where we overturn your original appeal outcome, recuse the admin from your case, and grant special permission to re-appeal, under the reason you selected, you need to prove that rare, special circumstances apply to your case which would not apply to anyone else. Otherwise, we'd be giving you that special treatment would just be favoritism.

• Buying more expensive items after you got a head start with the money you stole does not qualify as an extenuating circumstance either, wealth does not buy you reputation, integrity, or trustworthiness.

I'm sorry to say, by policy, one appeal per lifetime is just that, your one and only appeal in this lifetime. (Same rule applies to appeal reviews, by the way.)

You don't. It's one appeal, per person, per lifetime. That's it. By default, unless successfully appealed, tags are permanent. You get one chance to appeal, and once that appeal is rejected (most appeals are) you have no chance at getting it removed, ever. There were multiple warnings about this in the appeal guide you were prompted to read when filling out your appeal form. Appeal reviews are for rare, extenuating circumstances, where you're not only innocent but you can show due process was not followed. They're not for someone who was guilty, had a proper appeal, and still doesn't like the outcome. We laid out several examples of what would qualify for appeal reviews in the form you filled out. They're not a place for you to beg for another chance because you don't like the consequences of your actions. No matter how much you beg, and no matter how I personally feel about it even if you did manage to convince me you were trustworthy and safe to trade with (you haven't) I cannot grant you permissions to re-appeal without a solid justification, even if I want to. The option you selected specifically says "not usually granted" for a reason; to date, I can't think of a single time we have granted special permission for a re-appeal after that option was selected. So it stands to reason that arguing "please give me another chance it was a long time ago and people don't trust me because they knew I scammed tried to scam," like countless scammers before you have also done, is only going to use up your once-per-lifetime claim at an appeal review.

If you only had 1 offense, then I suggest you keep your eyes open for our upcoming scammer clemency program. I'm sorry to say we don't have a timeline for it right now, but some of the arguments you're making (time since offense, number of scams committed/attempted, severity of scam, etc.) might be factors for consideration when that program is opened.
