Description: Well, i have post in TF2op, of selling my items for real money... he added me in 13:30 PM, in brazil... he sent money first but i dont recieve it money, and he say: "I sent money via paypal" "to you" He kept sending trade all the time.

You should probably ask him to double check which paypal email he sent the money to. You should send him your email and he should copy and paste it into the recipients section to prevent errors. Hopefully this can be settled between you two.

Could you post screenshots of the full chat? including the agreement and discussion?
