Invalid Scammer Alt

Hi i was recently marked as a steam rep scammer for being the alt of a alleged scammer. I recently bought a computer for christmas and my old laptop was given to my brother. The account Chuckin your Testa scammed 3 hats i can notice by my trade history on TF2OP Bubbling Drills,Bubbling Nappers,Smoking hustlers that he sold on my computer.He said on the trade that he purchased all 3 hats from his alt Chuckin your Testa he 3:1 his hats for a secret to every one pugilist's protector.I have not been playing TF2 lately i have been spending most of my time on Far Cry 3 on steam by my hours played and skyrim on my hours played as you can see.He has been using my account as a middle ground to transfer his stolen goods.I can use the pugilist's protector in my backpack to compensate in any way to the people he scammed.Like i said previously this was not in my attention and i was completely unaware until i seen my account was marked as a scammer alt to my brothers account that has been Valve banned and he also has been punished.Currently my trading status and privileged have been revoked for inappropriate content as my avatar.My privileges and trading status will be returned January,15 the proof for this ban is here https://support.steampowered.com/view.php?ticketref=3439-UIDC-4571
i was trying to tell this to Helen Angle a admin of TF2OP but she insisted i was banned for scamming and denied my appeal before i could list the link above.Like i said i am terribly sorry for what my brother i did and i will do all in my power to stop this from happening again also if there is any compensation i can give to the people who where scammed such as the hat my brother 3:1 i will gladly do this.Thank you and please take this appeal seriously I have pulled all the information i can to defend my case thank.

PS.I will not be able to trade the hat until Jan 15 if the people who where scammed want compinsation for his actions.

Sorry never mind this was a mistake.

He has just contacted me, he says he will compensate as soon as he can. i was the one scammed of my smoking hallmark.
