Invalid utc scammer i dont know why

hello every one! i posted here alot of times to find out why i am tagged as a utc scammer!
i dont know why i dont scam i prank of trade servers
i know i need to post this on utc but i dont know where???
i dont see any where i can post it there so i am posting it here
if i am in the wrong place
