What happened? Description:

I opened up steam to see that he sent me two messages, one was a link to what I think is phising, and the other one was him saying "just click it". I also just found out on your site that the guy has a history/record. I know this is not supported now but just be on the lookout for this guy​

I don't believe SteamGifts is actually a phishing site, last time I checked they were a survey/invite spammer, and while I don't encourage its use, this doesn't qualify.
