I can confirm I am Gensoukyou (Level 121) from the image, and 'The Game in Town' or 'STEAM_0:1:51919866' claimed to be Rawr Dynasty (Level 137). (I'm pretty sure he was, seeing as he did the first trade.)

Description: The earbuds I recently traded to him was scammed from me. It was a trust trade and I didn't use a middle man. Middle men do exist for the other game in question, although I know steamrep usually doesn't bother with other game economic systems. He tricked me by doing the trade involving 15 refined, 2 keys, and a bills hat legitimately for what was offered. However that was only 1/3rd of the trade. He was trading me RSGP from Runescape for the items I traded him. The first trade was fine, I recieved 39,000,000 coins RSGP through trust. However after trading the buds he immediately removed me from both Steam and ingame Runescape.

I acknowledge you do not normally investigate trades involving non Steam games, however I would still like to get it out there that this person is a scammer and should not be trusted. I have sent a report to Valve for the small chance of having my buds returned.

I forgot to mention, his profile wasn't suddenly friends only before the trade. After the trade he restricted it. He had only one friend who gave him a +rep on his profile and there was another non-friend +rep however it was a much smaller trade of the same nature as mines. (I believe it was only 2-5 keys or something which he did legitly to gain rep to real in people like me.)
