What happened? Description:

Earlier today I won a giveaway by rocketfling, owner of the Steam group Distribution Center, for an Earbud, whom told me to add her fiancee Donut (Whose profile is at https://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198111965025) . The slated date to receive the earbud was June 5th, but was pushed back to June 21st.

I decided to check whether either of these two even had an earbud, and found it was nonexistent. I decided to check Steamrep, and uncovered that rocketfling is in fact, Festive Collector [http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198058527019], who has alt accounts that have been steamrep banned previously for reasons given in this thread (http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/...ve-collector-tf2-team-fortress-2-items.61862/ ), under the names Caroline Fallacy [http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198121160489] and Yes. [http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198133299167].

Since the giveaway was free (proof of this here: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/distributioncenter#announcements/detail/1280459271584947982 ), I have not lost items. However, I do not condone hiding behind facades and trying to withhold a prize from a giveaway winner.

Attached is a text file of the full announcement of the winner (Me), an excerpt from a chat with Donut about the matter, and the date being pushed back to the 21st.​

I have a screenshot of the conversation with donut; I will also ask Stop Changing My Name (who filed a previous report on the accused) if he may affirm his testimony.

im not backing up anything atm. I feel like he has done nothing wrong for now. I think he has gotten better. Please let him go for this time, but ill be sure to get back if there is anything fishy

So yeah, i was in the chat while it was this "raffle"
So i joined the chat, right?
And LETS GET TO DA POINT DAWGZ, Rocket was raffling whoever gets the best idea for the group gets a bud, after that, Infinity asked if he can do a Drumroll, rocket answered him yes.
So rocket started choosing the winner and he said "InfinitySnail". I was raging atm.
So after that i checked Donuts and rocket's inventory. They both had 8 keys.
So i said Infinity that they just *** R**** him in front of us.
So s✿✿✿ started to get real. Me and Infinity started "Investigating" on if rocket and Donut was doing it ALWAYS so me and Infinity asked a guy that won a raffle, he said he hasn't gotten the reward...Yet. So me and Infinity were pretty confinced that rocket wasnt even giving ANYONE REWARDS, so it was all a scam. Me and Infinity saw that rocket had a few profiles (3 if i'm correct) She/he used them, And as the SR admins know, they have SR banned them. So i told Donut that we were gonna report the group due to scamming. He said "I don't care." As expected.
Infinity copy pasted me the chat of Donut and him having the little "chat" So yeah, Donut doesnt even care. (I Hope if he won't care when he gets trade banned) *Cough*.
So yeah me and Infinity decided to to the Report for the scamming. Btw the groups name is :
"Distribution Center" A.K.A. Dc_.
This is probably something i wroted, I also heard something goed "boom" in my fingers. LOL.

Rocketfling was banned on SR as of earlier today.

The date of reception was pushed back to June 21st however. As it stands this thread can be locked, and I will wait and see if that bud is delivered.

I am requesting now that this may not be archived, as the matter is being dragged on. Any staff that wish to investigate I will invite to a conversation between rocketfling, several other staff, and I.

It appears that rocketfling has abandoned the account and changed the info to random nonsense.

Seeing how the giveaway was free, this isn't much of a scam. Unless they gained something like items or reputation as entry, then there's nothing I can do.
