[What Happened]
I was going to "Trade" him my Knife, but the approach he gave to me was really sketchy- but after I searched through his SteamRep, Csgo Lounge and steam profile everything was odd.

[How I met him]
I met him on cs:go lounge through these advertisements and offers he made though Csgo Lounge.​

So, I met this [$ Cashout $] dude on cs-go lounge, I found an offer with my gut knife and that he would send papal money for my knife.
Pretty straight forward I added him and try to play it smart when making an offer with this guy- because of the reputation he withholds on Cs-go Lounge.

After a week later- he accepted my friends request and chatting, for a few moments I didn't know who he was, but after I recognized his name I soon know why I added him. The trade for Paypal money. The approach me gave me was pretty aggravating going all out saying "Can I buy your knife for $80," because people trading money don't usually buy for FULL PRICE... but it soon chatted it out after I noticed who he was.

After checking out his steam profile, I've seen his "Proof if pictures and Profile Description" and it really wasn't adding up to me. I knew there was something sketchy with him.
It was-
One, When he buy's knives- he doesn't have them in his inventory...
Two, he has less hours then expected on cs:go...
and three, his proofs looks Photoshopped even looked closely...
So I asked one of his fewer buddies on his friends list if the guy buying my knife is legit of what he was telling me he is...

Contacted one of his friends [GABEN THE BEST <3333 (Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:99050911)
After talking to him about the confirmation of ($ Cashout $)'s "Service" he told me that his "Service" is a scam to get people's knife, even if it LOOKS legit. So after seeing that from him, I decided to mess with ($ Cashout $) to get hold of some information for this kind of opportunity to report him. (I'm here now)
So, after hearing from him- I went into SteamRep to check his profile.
And there is one report saying that he HAS scammed a person before and have never been qualified.
(You should go check the other reports on him- Would help the other person in need of assistance)

So, after seeing some proof on his behavior before. I decided to try to get some more information from him if things get a little sketchy with his Paypal for items offer. After talking to him a bit, he accidentally told me about his main account for gaming and such, now I have lost trust in his "Service" he was talking about.
So- to be honest, I kinda messed with him after that to grab a little bit more information.

I told him if he could send a few cents to me to see if you really do send money for items, he said he'd do- I gave him my Email and waited a bit for his cue.
When he messaged me back, he actually sent me a few cents- But it still doesn't make me even with him... So I gave him the "f✿✿✿ yourself treatment."

(SO YOU KNOW WHAT, YES. I DID TAKE THEM CENTS... AND YES. I BOUGHT MYSELF A SKIN ON THE MARKET. DO I FEEL PROUD? YES. IS IT MESSED UP? NO, HE DESERVED IT.)

Notes: I hope that is enough information to give him some kind of punishment for his action... Honestly, I wasted 2-3 hours making this report. And so help me god please do something about this.
Notepads of the messages are down in the attached files, because the messages WILL be removed when exited out of the steam messenger.​

Side note: He even tried to get [GABEN THE BEST <3333]'s Knife aswell even when he didn't even asked.
