    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    What happened? Description:
So basically Agoney here (his first name is Brady) and we had known each other for almost four years. We were in the same Arma 2 unit together for almost a year and a half (the 82nd Airborne invasion 1944 division) Anyways fast forward to January of 2015 and Brady was running a ever increasing twitch channel, and wanted to do something big, Now at the time I had a Stat Track M9 Bayonet Fade Factory new, so over a period of a week we talked and chatted decussing our terms. While doing so I traded my knife for 260 assorted CS GO keys, with the current price at $2.49 off of the official in game store. He and I eventually decided that I should be paid back 720 dollars (30 or so in interest) in 6 months (corresponding with my birthday which is in early July) So all was said and done, he did the unboxing live on twitch, didn't really get anything good, at which point I was kind of of sad for him and went to bed. Now flash forward to May of this year, one of my close friends needed emergency money to help pay his rent, I then tried to talk to Brady about sending over 380 dollars early but wanted nothing to do with it, getting seemingly agitated, and even though I pleaded with him, he'd have nothing of it. Now came June, the month I was due for payment, conveniently Agoney messaged me for the first time since May and said he needed an extension because he was having problems paying his bills, though he had just gotten new equipment for his live stream, I really had no choice but to reluctantly agree... Now as time when on I began to see the writing on the wall, waiting for a payment that would never come. Through July, August, and into September I waited before I finally had enough and started calling up my debt. First began messaging his on steam, with both of my accounts, I received no reply. I then began texting him, I received no reply. I then began messaging and calling him on Skype and received no reply... and I did all of this for almost 8 to 10 days with no response. Finally in mid-September he blocked my Pagliarini account, I then sent him a message on my duza9999 account asking why he blocked me, I received no response and noticed within the next two days I was blocked on there. I then tried going through a friend who still had him added, and the response from Agoney threw the friend was pretty telling.

    [9/27/2015 9:30:54 AM] duza9999 .: Ok, thank you
[9/27/2015 8:09:14 PM] duza9999 .: hey hawk did you get to speak with him?
[9/27/2015 8:44:24 PM] Hawk: Yeah I did, I'm not getting in the middle of you two. He said he paid what he agreed to pay and isn't paying any more.
    [9/27/2015 8:45:13 PM] duza9999 .: Hawk
    [9/27/2015 8:45:22 PM] duza9999 .: He didn't pay me anything...

As of late Agoney has started denying it totally, almost like it never happened, yet he posted a comment on my profile which is pretty damning that will be included in the screenshots below.
Moving to yesterday I was still a moderator on Agoney's twitch left over, and with it being one of the last places I could question him directly and publicly, I began to ask why, and basically asked what he was doing. He continued to play out the rest of his Counter Strike match before he then proceeded to clear out the twitch chat and permanently ban me from talking in the chat. Which now leads me to the reason I'm typing this, that I don't care about the money, I'm well off financially that I don't need to be concerned about that as regrettable as it is. Rather though to show to him as he thinks in the comment he posted on my profile that I will not go quietly into the night, he will not win, and that he will never again do what he did me to anyone else ever, so long as they use steam rep. I thank you for your time for reviewing this, and hopefully we can take one more dishonorable scammer down from the community.

    Hello,

I apologize for the delay in responding to this report. Unfortunately, we will be unable to proceed with the report due to the following:
