What happened? Description:

This report follows on from an already open report made by the accused, which can be found at: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/...tf2-team-fortress-2-items.118345/#post-328717

This user decided to not return any money I sent to him via PayPal after a trade failure. He claimed he would pay back "what he received" after getting his items back, but as of now (nearly 48 hours after obtaining items back) I am still yet to have any money come in.

As seen in the attached screenshot, the payment request was declined and also as seen on the post, he states "Maybe because i said it only for getting my stuff back?
That was the only way to persuade you.
This is not a scam and even if it is a scam there is no section to report it here or on steam". Also attached is the trade being completed and my current PayPal balance.

I also feel it necessary to note this user has a past report on him for a trade similar to this one.

Please note: There are not any screenshots of the chat at the time of the payment agreement, and is no way to recover, but the declined payment and discussion in other thread should compensate for this.​

Provide Evidence:

The trade had been completed, and this user has received any items he had given, but I am yet to have anything I had given him back, nearly 2 full days after the trade had been processed.​

Ok dude, this joke went really too far.
I was in a Skype Call with farkey while you SCAMMED him.
Over your fake proof of paypal, trying to get clean and not marked out of this, you wasted a lot of his time, and also you still scammed the hat.
Why he should give your money back when it was a YOUR DECISION to give the hat back hoping to get not marked scammer, anyways, farkey musn't give you anything back.

First off you should edit "Trade Failure" with SCAM

I'm not going to pay you 7 euros because you gave me my stuff back, and it has no sense reporting me for "Not paying a scammer to give stuff back"
Now i would be happy if this useless report could be closed.

Also "There are not any screenshots of the chat at the time of the payment agreement, and is no way to recover" how a coincidence that you can't demonstrate it.

Farkey - Please don't try and hide the fact you lied to me saying you'd pay me just to get items back, and stop being so salty

May it also be noted the fact the other party is getting his scammer friend in on this, when he himself actually has had a previous report on him for a trade involving funds

Tell me, is being salty a scam? if it is please provide proof and don't try to fake it again like you did in the other thread before ;D
Saying to a scammer "k i'll give u free money but pls give me back the stuff you scammed me" and not paying the scammer isn't a scam, just a dumb way to get stuff back from dumb scammers
And as i said again there are no items involved in the trade since you didn't give me anything besides the stuff that you scammed me wich makes the thread useless, proofless and FAKE

Useless reply, noting the fact that my friend is replying has no sense and the previous trade was archivied because it was resolved into me being in NO way a scammer as you can read (Fun fact: Steamrep doesn't accept Steam Wallet Codes scams reports so if i actually was a scammer i didn't have any reason to get his stuff back)

I might be marked, but i am the best friend of farkey, and he didn't call me into this, i was in since the day you scammed him.

I'm going to clear this up now; My PayPal is €70 out of balance, and I don't own my hats. You and your friend have BOTH had reports placed on you in the past, successful or not.

Any proof of any of this is required, please do not hesitate to let me know

I was out of town for most of christmas, and what's the rush in getting this report closed? Leave it.

As I am back now, I'd like to state that I do not have screenshots of the chat agreement, but the accused has already stated he said he would pay me "to persuade me", but didn't. This is a scam (noun. a dishonest scheme; a fraud.)

As items WERE received back but MY money I sent was NOT, I think this deserves at LEAST a caution, for dishonest trading and essentially scamming.

It's been almost two years but I still don't see this report archived
