What happened? Description:

Randomly added me impersonating a jackpot site moderator (http://csgoezlucky.com/), and said they would help me cheat to win pots by abusing their admin panel. They asked me to deposit items to their bot, so that they could then use the admin panel to select my bet as the winner and split the winnings with them.

I decided to deposit some items onto the website to check if it was a real jackpot site. After doing so, my items didn't show up on the live feed so I asked for them to return my items. They told me to add knives so that I could win a bigger pot, and when I refused, they refused to return my smaller items. I checked the website side-by-side with the more known csgojackpot.com and saw that it was a complete copy, down to the bets and users shown. After that, I tried to get them to return my items by saying that I would deposit knives after they returned the original items, but they refused, so I left the chat.

Attached is a screenshot comparing the two websites, the legitimate website csgojackpot.com, and the fake website csgoezlucky.com, showing how the second is an exact copy of the first.

The bot account has the steam ID 76561198003192558, and is the account where I traded the items to. The scammer information I listed above is of the person who originally added me and claimed to be a moderator.

Note: the first half of the chat logs didn't appear when I went back to screenshot the logs, which mainly contained the scammer introducing themselves as a moderator.​

Exactly the same thing happened to me... I was about to send a trade offer to his bot account when I read this thread and saw that http://csgoezlucky.com/ was an exact copy of https://csgojackpot.com/
He tried to convince me he was an admin, even giving me a login to what looked like an admin section of the website where he could see users and choose specific winners... http://csgoezlucky.com/admin/ PW= 250892
At this point I was really convinced that he was legit, and I was sending him an offer of skins thinking I was on a legit site but it was actually a link straight to his bot account (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198086254783)
Once I told him I had found out his website was a fake copy of CSGOJackpot he went straight offline and unfriended me.
