What happened? Description:

Hello SteamRep Staff ! Okey soo there is a guy called "legionar" we knowed each other for 2 years and even more, soo I did some bussines with him before and everything was okey, one day (8th of May) he contacted me to sell him some keys (50) via paypal and i was like okey that would be 105 euros, he was okey with that, he lives in Serbia so he doesent have a option to send payment via friends and fammily, only goods and service soo i trusted him with that and sold him 50 keys, he went first and there was no issues. Soo one day (7th Jun) he asked me to borrow him some keys because he needed them to get back in bussines i was okey and i sented him 63 keys if i didnt count wrong. And yeah i told him to give me the keys back in ~10 DAYS he sayed that it was okey. Soo I entered my email yesterday and i saw a message from PayPal that he was asking for the refund 101.50 euros. I was like what is this, and I checked and saw that he messaged a paypal that he didnt recive his items that he payed, then i wanted to contact him to see what is this all about, but he blocked me on facebook and blocked on steam. Then i started searching his parrents on facebook soo i can contact them about this case, he deactivated his and his parrents facebook profiles. Soo i colected all the information,transactions with him and reported and sent to paypal. And today he added me on steam and i was like man wtf is this ? He sayed to me that this all needed to happen because he doesen't have money and he needs to get back 800 keys that he borrowed from other people, i was like man i dont care wtf i want my money back on paypal and 63 keys that i gaved you. He was like no, i need the money to get back in bussines. Then i pictured all that and send dirrectly to paypal. Then after a while, he messaged me i know how i can fix this, i was like how? He say, I will cancel the refund on paypal if you give me 50 keys, i was like no man, you own me 63 keys and 105 euros on paypal if they even refund you. then he started threating me that he will somehow close my paypal account and i will losse all of my money on it. Then i started researching where does he live and that, and i found his house phone, i started calling it and he picked up the phone and i was like, Hello can i get Milan Maric on the phone, he told me who is this, i told him its nixa from steam, he just broke the line, then i started calling again, his house phone was deactivated.....Then he blocked me on steam and everything, i called federal police in his and my country, i told them everything and they told me to send them a email with everything what happened between us and I did. Now i am waitting soo police can respond on my email and i can send them all the evidence. I think this is all i can remember to write at the moment, if you need any more evidences just tell me, i hope you understand what happened bettwen us because the language is Serbia and i would like soo Edward review this report soo he will understand the best ! Thanks ! I have facebook chat with us, but i can't find it on my PC because i sented it to paypal and deleted thoose pictures from my PC if you need that i will need to ask paypal that they copy my message that i sented them. And yeah sorry if the pictures are not in the right orderd, but you will figure it out​
